I know it is winter and I know from last year that February was our worst month and it seems that is true this year too. We are on round two of the cold and snow and it is my fault that we are still here in Tennessee and not somewhere south where it is warmer. We had talked about not being here in February to avoid the cold weather but I have a DR appointment tomorrow, which is why we are still here, and the results from that appointment will determine what will happen next. So, with that said, we get to enjoy a very frigid and snowy week end. I am hoping we can get down our hill tomorrow and make the appointment.
Yesterday's snow continued through lunch time then the sun came out and even with very cold temperatures the sun melted a lot of the snow. All the roads around the farm are clear but unfortunately the road down the hill is not; the sun does not shine on it. It was hard to believe that during the morning hours the snow was so heavy it even showed up on pictures but once the sun came out it looked and only looked like an early Spring day. Last night we had Taco Bar Part Two down at Lisa and George's. We had so many leftovers from the Super Bowl that we decided to have another Taco Bar night. It was good! Thanks Lisa and George!
