The Steiner was a good piece of equipment on the farm and it did so many tasks before it simply just wore out. It could be rebuilt but a new tractor was purchased and the steiner was retired. Now in Tennessee no vehicle EVER retires some one else comes along and buys it. The steiner was sold and yesterday was hauled off by the new owner to Ohio. So here we go:
Ode To the Steiner a good working tractor
you performed your tasks well with mowing and moving
you built driveways and pathways and trails
that will be used for years to come
so now that you are gone you will not be forgotten
